Cress - Green Dragon

One of my favorite fillers, I use this cress in pretty much all of my bouquets. Stems are loaded with small green disc like pods that fade to a light caramel color as they age. Can be used fresh or dried, a must grow!

Planting: Start your seeds indoors 4 weeks before your last frost date. 60-75 days to maturity

Harvesting: Stems are ready to be cut once stems are firm and pods have formed. It is best to harvest during the coolest time of the day.
