Cress - Persian Cress

One of my favorite fillers to add to bouquets. This cress adds dimension, texture and movement to any arrangement. These plants are loaded with tiny mint green pods on long strong stems. If you want to get a lot of bang for your buck, then this is the filler for you.

Planting: Seeds can be directly sown as soon as the ground can be worked. 60 days to maturity.

Harvest: Stems are ready to harvest when mature seeds pods are fully formed all the way to the end of the stem. Be careful not to cut immaturely as the stems do have a tendency to wilt when they aren’t mature.
