Cress - Pennycress

Pennycress is one of my favorite fillers. This extremely versatile plant adds texture & movement to any arrangement whether fresh or dried. Stems are loaded with pods in a beautiful bright green. I absolutely love cress and I know you will too.

Planting: Seeds can be direct sown as soon as your soil can be worked. I recommend succession planting for a steady harvest throughout the season. 60 days to maturity.

Harvesting: Stems are ready to harvest when mature pods are formed all the way to the end of the stem. If cut immaturely stem will wilt.
